(Pawtucket, RI)--The Pawtucket Police Department is releasing an image of the car that is believed to be connected to a murder last month.Napoleon Andrade, who had served federal prison time for robbing an elderly associate of a New York crime family, was fatally shot outside a halfway house on Quincy Avenue on March 10th.The vehicle that was at the scene is said to be a 2008, 2009 or 2010-year Honda Accord, possibly green, gray or blue, with Rhode Island registration 317-994.
