(Providence, RI)--Drug overdose deaths went down in Rhode Island for the second-straight year in 2018.The state Department of Health reported yesterday that the number dropped to 314, compared to ten more in 2017 and nearly 20 more in 2016.The info was released as the health department launched a new opioid public awareness campaign, titled Over the Dose RI.
