(Undated)--Storms on Monday morning knocked out power for about 25-thousand National Grid customers in Rhode Island.Electricity was restored to most customers by around noon.The biggest impact area was the East Bay.The Bristol-Warren school district, which is not on spring break this week, had to be closed yesterday because of the outage.
