(Providence, RI)--Union leaders and Stop and Shop officials say negotiations for a new worker contract are expected to resume on Tuesday in Providence.Employees of the grocery store have continued to strike since walking off the job last Thursday.Political leaders expressed their support to strikers at several stores in Southern New England yesterday, including Providence Mayor Jorge Elorza.
