(Providence, RI)--A Providence woman is being charged with murder in connection to the death of her newborn son.City police officials say Ginalys Velasquez Camara delivered her baby on March 23rd without medical assistance inside the basement of an apartment and then did not take care of the newborn or bring the child to a hospital.The baby was found dead a week later.
