(Undated)--Macy's workers in Rhode Island and Massachusetts are avoiding going on strike.UFCW Local 1445 has announced a tentative agreement securing time-and-a-half pay on Sundays, reduced health insurance premium costs and other benefits.A contract ratification vote meeting is scheduled for this upcoming Sunday at the union building in Dedham, Mass.Union members representing stores in Warwick, Boston, Peabody, Natick and Braintree had voted to authorize strike action earlier this week.
