(Scituate, RI)--RIDOT is announcing a one-month closure of a stretch of Route 6 in Scituate for roadway improvements.The state transportation department says the westbound side will be closed from Route 101 to Route 102 starting on Sunday night.Detours will run on those two state highways.Route 6 east will also be closed, but only from Sunday to Thursday nights from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.
