(Rumford, RI)--The EPA is penalizing a Pawtucket business to settle allegations of violating rules for the safe handling of toxic materials.The federal agency says it documented the improper storage of chemical compounds known as PCBs by Bourne Holdings LLC at its industrial facility in Rumford in 2018.Bourne Holdings will pay an 82-thousand-dollar total.
