(Boston, MA)--A Pawtucket man is being charged with murder after a shooting in Boston.Police arrested Phillip Foy after the shooting at around 11 a.m. Tuesday in Boston's Back Bay neighborhood.Police believe Foy tried to steal a taxi, then shot a taxi driver before taking off in a vehicle.He is due in court in Boston today.
