(Providence, RI)--The Rhode Island Senate Judiciary Committee is set to vote on a new abortion rights bill on Tuesday.The committee voted 5-to-4 against a Senate bill -- the Reproductive Health Care Act -- last month, but held a similar piece of legislation from the House for further study.A Senate spokesperson says language in the House bill is expected to be amended.
