(Providence, RI)--The Providence Police Department is providing an update on the investigation into gunshots being fired at PVD Fest last weekend.Public Safety Commissioner Steven Pare declined to name the suspect at a briefing yesterday but said the Providence Police Department knows who the shooter is and that a warrant has been issued.Pare added that detectives believe they know the motive.He said the suspect did not intend to hurt or kill festival-goers but declined to elaborate.
