(Providence, RI)--A rollout of Rhode Island's state budget is being delayed. It was originally expected for Thursday but is now expected tonight as negotiations between Governor Gina Raimondo and legislative leaders continued last night.Raimondo's priorities of funding pre-K education and expanding free college tuition to Rhode Island College are in limbo. Also, lawmakers have been lukewarm about Raimondo's proposal to legalize marijuana recreationally, but may increase the number of medical cannabis dispensaries.
