(Providence, RI)--Providence Mayor Jorge Elorza is saying he will issue a veto if the City Council passes a budget that made it out of the Finance Committee this past weekend.Elorza said on Monday that he was very disappointed with the budget the committee passed.He said the changes that were approved on the budget were unilateral after there were negotiations involving the mayor's office, and he said many decisions made by the City Council were out of spite.Monday was the start of the new fiscal year for the city.
