(Providence, RI)--Governor Gina Raimondo says she signed an executive order on Wednesday that moves the state toward developing more-affordable and efficient heating systems.The order calls for the Division of Public Utilities and Carriers and the Office of Energy Resources to work with other public and private sector partners to identify economic, energy and environmental opportunities and challenges posed by the state's heating sector.The agencies are expected to have a finalized report next spring.
