(Pawtucket, RI)--A bill affecting tax revenues in the city of Pawtucket is being signed into law.The legislation from state Representative Carlos Tobon and Senator Sandra Cano, both of Pawtucket, authorizes state and local revenues generated in certain economic districts to be used to fund improvements.Tobon says with the loss of the Pawtucket Red Sox, it's more crucial than ever to redevelop the city.Cano says the bill allows for the action without tax or fee increases.
