(Charlestown, RI)--The Rhode Island Department of Health is re-opening the Camp Watchaug and Burlingame Picnic area in Charlestown for swimming.RIDOH says bacteria counts there have returned to acceptable levels.No other beaches are closed due to water quality problems at this time.
