(Providence, RI)--A Little League coach who was arrested in Rhode Island after allegedly arranging to meet a 14-year-old boy for sex is being sentenced.The U.S. Department of Justice says 34-year-old Christopher Merchant, who was a coach in Plainfield, Connecticut, was sentenced to five years in prison on Friday.Merchant was arrested by Rhode Island State Police in January at a Warwick hotel.Authorities said he had images of child pornography stored on his cell phone.
