(Undated)--The state health department is re-opening Harmony Hill School Beach in Chepachet and the Kent County YMCA Upper Pond in Warwick.Swimming is being allowed because bacteria levels have returned to acceptable measures.Officials say the only restricted area in the state currently is the Kent County YMCA Lower Pond in Warwick.
