(Providence, RI)--The Warwick man who was arrested after a missing Michigan girl was found at his house is facing federal charges.The U.S. Justice Department says Charles Morancey is charged with interstate travel to engage in sex with a minor and receipt of child pornography.Prosecutors say Morancey and the 15-year-old started chatting on social media last month, and when the girl said she was having problems at home, Morancey allegedly drove to Michigan and picked her up.
