(Providence, RI)--The city of Providence is reaching a settlement of about 72-thousand dollars in a police brutality case.Joshua Robinson alleged during a March 2013 traffic stop on Eddy Street that he was hit in the head with a flashlight and further assaulted by a police sergeant and officer, and that other arriving officers failed to step in.The Providence Journal reports the case was resolved with no finding of liability against law enforcement.
