(West Springfield, MA)--At the ongoing annual Big E in Western Massachusetts, fairgoers are lamenting the loss of an iconic Rhode Island food option.West Kingston-based Kenyon's Grist Mill, known for its clam cakes and chowder, announced last week that its contract was not renewed, ending over 60 years of participation.Kenyon's says it hopes to be back at the Big E next year.Replacing Kenyon's at its spot in the Rhode Island building is Blount Clam Shack from Warren.
