(Middletown, RI)--The fisherman who reportedly drowned yesterday morning in Middletown is being identified.Police say the victim who fell off the rocks at the Sachuest Point Wildlife Refuge was Joaquin Almeida of Central Falls.He was pronounced dead at Newport Hospital after the morning incident.
