(Jamestown, RI)--Animal cruelty charges are being dropped against a woman accused of leaving three dogs in a hot car in Jamestown, resulting in their deaths.The Rhode Island Attorney General's Office is dropping the charges stemming from the July incident against Anne Garnett of Jamestown based on a review of evidence.The A.G.'s office says Garnett could still face misdemeanor charges from the town of Jamestown.
