(Providence, RI)--A vigil was held on Sunday night for a Massachusetts woman who was fatally shot in Providence's South Side area.A small group gathered on Detroit Avenue to remember 19-year-old Berta Pereira-Roldan, of Revere, whom police say was an unintended shooting target who was walking to a car on that road after leaving a club on Broad Street one weekend ago.Providence City Councilwoman Carmen Castillo, who called for the vigil, and other officials requested more of a police presence for those Broad Street clubs at closing time.
