(North Stonington, CT)--I-95 in North Stonington, Connecticut was shut down due to a crash on Wednesday night.The Hopkinton, Rhode Island Emergency Management Agency says the head-on crash caused by a wrong-way driver on I-95 north caused serious injuries at around 8 p.m.The accident wasn't cleared until around 1 a.m. Thursday.
