(East Greenwich, RI)--The American Legion post that served a patron accused of then driving drunk and being involved in a fatal crash is giving up its liquor license.The Legion Post 15 in East Greenwich says the move was made because the post couldn't secure liability insurance.Authorities say Barbara Trojan was at the post drinking for hours on September 7th, then was involved in a fatal crash in East Greenwich.
