(Pawtucket, RI)--A man wanted for a double-homicide in New York City was arrested in Pawtucket on Wednesday.Rhode Island State Police say Victor Cedres was apprehended without incident at an apartment on Mineral Spring Avenue after a warrant was executed by a violent fugitive task force.Cedres, who is from Brooklyn, was wanted for the August shooting of two men in Coney Island.
