(Lincoln, RI)--State police are identifying the victim of a crash on Route 146 in Lincoln on Sunday.The victim has been ID'd as Eric Sampson of Woonsocket.The cause of the crash is still being investigated by police.Reports indicate Sampson was not wearing a seatbelt, and that his vehicle left the roadway and struck a tree.
