(Providence, RI)--A Rhode Island Superior Court judge is allowing Governor Gina Raimondo's ban on flavored vaping products to stand.The judge made the decision on Tuesday after a challenge was brought by the Washington-based Vapor Technology Association and the owner of RI e-Cig and Vapes shop in Warwick.They argued the ban exceeded the governor's constitutional authority.
