(New Haven, CT)--The husband of a Rhode Island state representative is pleading guilty to credit card fraud and ID theft.The U.S. Justice Department in New Haven, Connecticut says Henry Fellela Jr. of Johnston entered the plea on Tuesday in federal court.Prosecutors say Fellela, while on federal supervised release for a previous federal sentence of credit card fraud and ID theft, stole credit cards from Connecticut residents and used them to make almost 50-thousand dollars in fraudulent purchases.He's scheduled to be sentenced on the new charges in February.He is the husband of Deborah Fellela, who represents Johnston.
