(Middletown, RI)--A Newport man is facing a DUI charge after a fatal crash in Middletown.Police say a car flipped on Third Beach Road overnight Saturday, killing a passenger, identified as Kailyn Newton of Westport, Massachusetts.The vehicle operator has been identified as Patrick Carson.Carson is scheduled for a court appearance in Newport today.
