(Hopkinton, RI)--The Westerly Sun reports residents were angry at Monday's Hopkinton Town Council meeting about a large commercial solar project.They alleged that trees were clear-cut from the site without all necessary approvals and that a promised buffer zone with neighbors was violated.A group of residents has filed a legal challenge against the project on about 140 acres on Main Street.
