(Providence, RI)--The Rhode Island Department of Transportation is acknowledging it is behind schedule for installing new truck tolls.A previously-provided schedule indicated RIDOT hoped to have seven of the thirteen planned locations online at this point in time, but only four are currently in operation, according to a report from WPRI-TV.A spokesperson tells the new station there have been some delays in installing the toll gantries because of problems getting the needed materials out of the Midwest, where there has been severe flooding.
