(Providence, RI)--The chief of regulating medical marijuana in Rhode Island is becoming a vacant position.Reports indicate Norman Birenbaum is leaving his position with the Department of Business Regulation for a new job this week.Birenbaum was selected to lead the way on medical cannabis in the state in 2016.
