(Newport, RI)--A small earthquake was recorded near Newport on Sunday night.The U.S. Geological Survey says the two-point-oh-magnitude quake hit about three miles southeast of the city at around 7 p.m. Some people have reported feeling the quake, but there have been no reports of damage.
