(Providence, RI)--The Rhode Island Department of Transportation is celebrating the early completion of the replacement of the Oxford Street Bridge in Providence.The bridge carries one of the busiest sections of I-95 in the city.RIDOT says the project was completed six months ahead of schedule and about a half-million dollars under budget using accelerated bridge construction methods.
