(Lincoln, RI)--More protests have taken place at the residence of Richard Gardner, the convicted sex offender who is currently a household name in Rhode Island.Gardner's new home is in Lincoln, having relocated from first Providence and then Cranston after he was released from prison last year.The Lincoln Police Department had put out a news release confirming Gardner had registered as a sex offender, but authorities say because Gardner's conviction predates the passage of Megan's Law, they could not share his address.
