(Providence, RI)--The director of the Rhode Island Department of Behavioral Healthcare, Developmental Disabilities and Hospitals is stepping down.Rebecca Boss says she is leaving at the end of the year to pursue new opportunities.She had held the position for about two-and-a-half years.
