(Undated)--Pawtucket Red Sox chairman Larry Lucchino [[ loo-KEY-noe ]] is recovering from cancer surgery.The team says Lucchino had a cancerous blockage removed from his kidney area at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston.The Red Sox say this is the third time Lucchino has been treated for cancer since 1985.
