(Johnston, RI)--Authorities have cited a Cranston woman non-criminally for a crash that killed a Johnston woman in that town.Marie Rossi was cited for failure to obey a stop sign and failure to yield right of way for a collision with another vehicle driven by Lisa Marshall on Christmas Eve, according to Johnston police.The wreck was at the intersection of Plainfield Pike and Peck Hill Road.Rossi will be summoned in state traffic court.
