(Cranston, RI)--The Rhode Island DMV says license and ID transaction services have been restored.The disruption on Monday was said to have been caused by a vendor problem.The American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators says there was a significant outage in its IT network services and that a full analysis will be conducted to determine the root cause.
