(Providence, RI)--A gay bar and club in Providence is claiming the husband of Democratic presidential candidate Pete Buttigieg [[ boot-edge-edge ]] canceled an appearance and fundraiser there.In a Facebook post, The Dark Lady, a downtown bar, said Chasten Buttigieg was scheduled to appear there on Friday night, but said he canceled it because the bar has a dancer pole.Pete Buttigieg's campaign said in a press statement that Friday night's event had to be relocated, but didn't discuss why.It was reportedly held at Hotel Providence.
