(Groton, CT)--The chief of police in Westerly says the suspect in a deadly shooting there has been arrested.That is Louis Seignious, who is from Norwich, Connecticut.Authorities say Seignious was arrested in Groton, Connecticut on Saturday; he was reportedly hiding in the attic of a home and fell through.Seignious, who had been on the run for about a week, allegedly shot his cousin, Vincent Sebastian of Ledyard, Connecticut, and is charged with first-degree murder.
