(Providence, RI)--The Rhode Island Senate has passed a bill to increase the state's minimum wage to eleven dollars and fifty cents per hour.It's a scaled-back increase plan from the original, which put the state on a path to a fifteen-dollar-per-hour wage.The bill now goes to the Rhode Island House.
