(Providence, RI)--The Community Action Partnership of Providence is back in the business of running one of the largest food pantries in the city.The social services agency had to leave its previous location at the Elmwood Community Center last July because of unsafe building conditions.The Providence Journal reports the food pantry welcomed in families at its new site on Broad Street on Wednesday.
