(Providence, RI)--A new bill is being introduced in the Rhode Island House to have the Department of Children, Youth and Families be overseen by a legislative commission.This would be a nine-member panel.The DCYF has most-recently come under criticism for the death of a nine-year-old girl in Warwick.
