(Providence, RI)--All state beaches and parks in Rhode Island will be closed on Friday.Governor Gina Raimondo says the decision is necessary because parks and beaches were crowded last weekend and people were not observing social distancing.She also says the traditional opening of seasonal campgrounds in mid-April will be delayed until at least May 1st.
