(Providence, RI)--The National Weather Service says Providence broke a record for low maximum temperature on Monday.The record broken was 44 degrees, set for the date of April 27th in 1917; yesterday, Providence got up to 43 degrees, according to the weather service.Forecasters say dry weather will return Tuesday and it will be warmer.
