(Providence, RI)--The Rhode Island Department of Revenue's Division of Taxation is putting out an advisory about state tax refunds amid the coronavirus pandemic.The department says the refunds are still being issued on schedule.Governor Raimondo said this week that the decline in revenue for the state resulting from the virus pandemic does not impair the state's ability to issue the refunds.
