(Undated)--The Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management is awarding grant money for the construction of a couple of new splash parks in the state.A four-hundred-thousand-dollar grant will pay for the feature at Oakland Beach in Warwick, plus a new boardwalk and other improvements.The DEM has also awarded a one-hundred-thousand-dollar matching grant for a splash park at Pierce Memorial Field in East Providence.
